We offer a bespoke (made to order) service, once we have started the making/ordering process, goods cannot be cancelled. All goods supplied by Corset Art remain the property of Corset Art until payment is received in full. Corsets should be ordered 2 to 4 inches smaller than your natural waist. Please see sizing page prior to ordering, as size chosen is the responsibility of the client.

RETURNS POLICY
All claims should be made in writing within 5 days from postage date. After the expiry of this period the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods as being in conformity with the contract and the company, herein known as Corset Art, or any of its subsidiaries, shall cease to be under any liability.Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging, For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of lingerie basques and lingerie corsets. All other outwear corsets must therefore first be tried on over a T-shirt.If any of our outerwear corsets do not meet your satisfaction we would be happy to exchange them with a 30% re-stocking fee. We cannot refund or exchange items that just don't fit, due to incorrect size chosen.Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for any items being returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service.

COSTS and payments Our checkout provides 2 secure methods of payment using debit or credit cards. Nochex.com is a secure service for UK clients International clients can only pay via paypal at our checkout.
UK Clients wishing to pay via cheque or postal order should email or phone for details.

The price is subject to revision in the event of any increase in the cost incurred by the seller between the date of confirmation of the order and the date of delivery to the buyer. Not withstanding delivery, no title of the goods shall pass to the buyer until the seller is paid in full. For this purpose payment by cheque shall not be deemed as payment until the cheque has cleared, NO MATTER HOW URGENT THE ORDER. 
If the date required is less than 4 weeks of order date please inform us by phone or email prior to ordering so our design team will be aware of the urgency. We reserve the right to use a reasonable substitute for fabric/trim if the original is not available.The company does not hold itself responsible for the delay in delivery of any contract, or order due to causes beyond its control; e.g. war, fire, lockouts, strikes, loss or delay by sea or air, shortage or unavailability of new materials from normal sources of supply. No liability is accepted by the company for the consequential loss of any kind, however caused. All contracts are governed by English law.The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions when an order is placed.Please ask all additional information prior to ordering.
